Process:

  1. Complete Hennepin Form

    Fill out this form on the Elevate Hennepin website and select Hack the Gap as your service provider.

  2. Follow-up Scheduling

    Once the form is submitted, Hack the Gap reaches out to the business with in 48hours to schedule an initial meeting.

  3. Assessment

    Hack the Gap conducts the scheduled session to understand the business's goals, challenges, needs and how they align with the services provided.

Who Qualifies

Elevate Hennepin County offers tailored services to support businesses and entrepreneurs. Below are the eligibility criteria

  • Businesses must be located in Hennepin County.

  • Business must have less than 100 employees.

  • Businesses must be registered in the State of Minnesota (if you haven’t registered, we can help!)

  • Non profits need atleast one full time employee.

  • Aspiring entrepreneurs must be residents planning to establish their business in the county.
